Melbourne, Australia, 1950sWolfram Edgar Bohnstedt was born in 1937 in München (Munich), Germany. In 1959 he relocated to Melbourne, Australia where he met and married Yvonne van Battum in 1962. After attending technical school he became an industrial designer and founded "Wobco Industrial Design", a design firm in Melbourne, Australia. Wolfram Bohnstedt is the grandson of Edgar Bohnstedt, the author of the "1939 Stammbaum", and a researcher of Bohnstedt history, to whom other Bohnstedt family researchers owe so much.

2. Melbourne, Australia, todayWolfram and Yvonne had five children during the period 1965 to 1972. The oldest child, Monica, was born in 1965, apparently while on a trip to Germany. Monica married Paul Raftery and together they had three children. The next child, Max Wolfram Bohnstedt was born in 1966 in Melbourne. Max attended the University of Melbourne, earning a Bachelor of Science with honors in organic chemistry.

2. Sven Bohnstedt's children; Claire Yvonne Bohnstedt, Liam Paul Bohnstedt, and Anneliese Robyn Bohnstedt.Sven Edgar Bohnstedt, Wolfram and Yvonne's third child, was born in 1968 in Melbourne. Sven attended the University of Melbourne and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in dental science. He later attended Brisbane University where he studied periodontistry. Sven entered service with the Australian Army, and at this writing holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Sven married Kylie Greenhill in 2002 at the Army Chapel in Brisbane Australia. At the time of this writing Sven has three children; two daughters, Anneliese Robyn and Claire Yvonne (named for her grandmother), and a son named Liam Paul Bohnstedt.

2. The Dongguan, China, skyline.Armin Frederik Bohnstedt was born in 1969 in Melbourne, the fourth child of Wolfram and Yvonne. After earning his bachelor's degree in Commerce, including Commercial Law, Accounting and Finance, he pursued a career in business management. At this writing he is a member of the management team with the K-Swiss company's facility in Dongguan, China. He married in 1998 in Taichung, Taiwan to Sabine Chiu, and they have one son, Andre' Armin Bohnstedt, and a daughter, Lexi Yvonne, also named for her grandmother.
The youngest of Wolfram and Yvonne's children, Tania Maren Bohnstedt, with a friend, "BB".The youngest child of Wolfram and Yvonne, Tania Maren Bohnstedt was born in 1972 in Melbourne. After working for the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA), she took a position with the Environmental and Planning Compliance Office in the Shire of Yarra Ranges in Victoria, Australia.
