More Bohnstedts in the Nordrhein-Westfalen Area
Mormon Church genealogical records revealed the names of many Bohnstedts in the Nordrhein - Westfalen region, including the city of Essen, and the smaller towns of Schwelm, Bochum and Solingen. Some of these names were used to reconstruct several small family groups and are presented in the Genealogy and Records 4-3: More Bohnstedts in the Nordrhein-Westfalen Area.
1. Area near Essen Germany, and nearby towns of Schwelm, Bochum and SolingenIt is possible, but not proven, that these groups and other individuals were descended from Pastor David Sigismund Bohnstedt. Unfortunately we have not yet found any living descendants of David Bohnstedt that we might contact and interview to gain more understanding of the matter.
